The authority called on the employers to activate the flexible work system for all employees to avoid peak hours and crowding, while continuing to rely on technical means and electronic and smart programs effectively, stressing the need to use alternative channels to accomplish the transactions of senior citizens and residents, such as the "delivery" service, and smart services.
