The message also contains a request to return the amount received to the budget within five business days from the date of receipt of the notification.
According to the Ministry of Communications, which oversees the State Services portal, the newsletter was organized at the request of the Russian Foreign Ministry for several thousand Russians based on data provided by the foreign ministry.
Earlier, an official representative of the Russian Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Maria Zakharova, in an interview with the FAN, said that since mid-March, about 260 thousand people have returned to Russia as a whole.
