During his visit yesterday to model farms for a number of youth in the Al Bahia region in Abu Dhabi, His Highness noted the ability of model farms in the country to enhance our self-sufficiency in this field, and reduce our dependence on the outside, adding, “This is a vital and fundamental requirement, we will work to promote it.” .

His Highness wished success to the youth agricultural projects, which represent an important tributary of the agricultural sector in the country, and to the national economy in general, stressing the leadership's keenness to support farmers and encourage national agricultural production, its sustainability, and the development of projects aimed at strengthening the food security system.
His Highness called on the owners of farms in all parts of the country to optimize investment in these farms, develop them, increase their production, and turn them into a source to support UAE agricultural production, by making use of innovations and modern methods in this field.
