He will stay in the maintenance warehouse for three weeks. As part of compulsory annual work, the Saint-Just funicular will be stopped in Lyon (Rhône) from this Saturday and until July 26 inclusive.

It will be a question of checking the conformity of the tracks, the tunnel as well as the braking systems in accordance with the regulations of the ski lifts, underlines this Friday in a press release Keolis Lyon, operator of TCL.

A shuttle to link up the hill

Throughout the construction site, access to the Minimes and Saint-Just will be by the
Fourvière funicular (F2) then by a "relay bus" shuttle which will provide connections between the Fourvière, Saint-Just and Minimes stations.

It will run every day from 5:10 am to 12:10 am, at varying frequencies depending on the time of day. Exceptionally, the Fourvière funicular will therefore operate from 5:20 am to midnight, to be in phase with the shuttle. For more details, you can consult the TCL website.
