In November 2018, a program was broadcast on Echo of Moscow in Pskov, in which Prokopieva talked about the possible causes of the terrorist attack in the FSB building in Arkhangelsk.
The text of the program was posted in the form of an article in the publication “Pskov News Feed”.
Later, the broadcast and article were removed at the request of Roskomnadzor, and the regional department of the IC of Russia initiated a case of publicly acquitting terrorism using the media (part 2 of article 205.2 of the Criminal Code of Russia).
In February 2019, Aleksey Venediktov, editor-in-chief of Ekho Moskvy radio station, commented on the initiation of a criminal case against Prokopyeva.
