“Lukashevich is suspected of fraud on an especially large scale (part 4 of article 159 of the Criminal Code of Russia),” the court said.
It is noted that the petition for the arrest of the suspect will be considered in the near future.
Earlier, an official spokesman for the Russian Interior Ministry, Irina Volk, reported the detention of a senior official of the Ministry of Education and Science and a businessman in a fraud case worth 40 million rubles.
