Yesterday (2nd) President Jae-in Moon ordered urgent real estate measures, and today Democratic Party President Lee Hae-chan pounced his head in anxiety over the real estate market and promised to take measures. The United Party aimed at Roh Young-min, secretary-general of the Blue House, who said he would sell the house in Cheongju, leaving his apartment in Gangnam, Seoul.

This is a report from Jeong-Hyun Jeong.

Lee Hae-chan, the Democratic Party leader, said twice at the morning party conference that he said "to the people."

[Representative Hae-chan Lee/Democratic Party: I'd like to express my sincere request to the public because the real estate market has been very unstable recently.] We are

planning to quickly prepare fundamental and systematic measures . I said I would.

The Democratic Party also urged multi-family officials to dispose of housing, which was named as a factor in deteriorating public opinion.

The Democratic Party received a memorandum for the runner-up for the last two years except for one real house.

The Democratic Party did not give a clear answer to the question of what to do when there were a few lawmakers who sold the house and did not sell it.

The United Party criticized the Blue House's recommendation to dispose of housing to multi-household staff, which could not be a fundamental solution.

At the same time, Secretary-General Roh Young-min decided to sell Cheongju's apartment instead of Banpo in Seoul.

[Kim Eun-hye/Spokesman of the Future Unification Party: The secretary general of the Blue House sold Cheongju and held Banpo. So, the Blue House is giving the market a signal of'not to be Gangnam'.] The

two parties are expected to collide violently over a bill to strengthen the property holding tax to be discussed at the National Assembly in July.
