In the "Smart Summer Classes" guide, from which the Emirates Today obtained a copy, the Ministry stated that these classes depend on the student's self-learning through educational platforms within a specific timetable, and they are flexible in dealing with the contents of self-learning or evaluation procedures available at The platform, which contributes to raising the efficiency of student performance and enabling him to target the skills in the program, in addition to taking responsibility for his learning and evaluation.

The Ministry confirmed that the program reflects its eagerness to provide the student with all the required skills, according to the educational outcomes specified in the learning processes, which are linked to the time plan implemented during the school year (2020/2019).

The Ministry mentioned several steps for the timetable for smart summer classes, as it begins the process of enrolling students in the learning environment or self-registration by those wishing to improve the end-of-year rate, followed by the start of the actual classes during the time period from July 19 to August 13 (four weeks).

The specific four weeks for a student represent a self-taught time that the student implements through electronic learning platforms, and smart summer classes include a set of learning resources, in addition to evaluation procedures that help the student to improve his performance level, and there is no specific time to study during smart summer classes, but it depends on The student's sense of responsibility towards his learning, and the final evaluation is the last stop in the smart summer classes for the categories (2 and 3), and the student gets his results electronically, during the period from 23 to 27 August next.

In the guide, the Ministry identified, in the guide, the targeted materials in smart summer classes, namely: Arabic for the first class (students of grades 1, 2 and 3), and six subjects for the second class that includes students from grades four to twelve to achieve the degree of passing in any academic subject of the group’s subjects (A), the subjects include Arabic language, English language, mathematics, science, physics, biology / chemistry. As for the third category subjects that target students from grades four to twelve who want to improve the average degree of the subject with an increase of 10%, they are: Arabic, English, and mathematics.

The guide included tables for the final evaluation of the smart summer classes, which will begin for students of the second and third classes, on the 16th of next August and end on the 24th of the same month, explaining that the students will hold an electronic test in two periods: the first is the main period, and the second for those who have not been able to enter the first test for any The reason was, and the student only takes the test in the subjects specified for him, whether he did not pass it successfully at the end of the academic year, or registered to raise the rate.

The guide pointed out that the exam time for each subject is 60 minutes, and each question is restricted by a time that appears alongside the question through a timer, and the student must make sure that the question is answered before moving to the next question, and before the end of the answer period, and when moving, he cannot return again to The previous question.

Results of the end of the school year

The Ministry of Education stated that announcing the results of the end of the current school year, next Tuesday (the seventh of this month), after the end of the compensatory exams for the twelfth grade students, and the correction and monitoring of grades, indicating that it will provide students with their results via text messages on their mobile phones, and through The "Manhal" Student Score System. The twelfth grade students conclude performing the compensatory exams today with mathematics for all tracks, in addition to Islamic education for the general and advanced tracks.
