In the "Smart Summer Classes" guide, of which the Emirates Today obtained a copy, the Ministry indicated that these classes depend on the student's self-learning through educational platforms within a specific time schedule, and are characterized by flexibility in dealing with the contents of self-learning or available evaluation procedures On the platform, what contributes to raising the efficiency of student performance, and empowering him with the targeted skills in the program, in addition to taking responsibility for his learning and evaluation.


The Ministry confirmed that the program reflects its eagerness to provide the student with all the required skills, according to the educational outcomes specified in the learning processes, which are linked to the time plan implemented during the school year (2020/2019).


The Ministry mentioned several steps for the timetable for smart summer classes, as it begins the process of enrolling students in the learning environment or self-registration by those wishing to improve the end-of-year rate, followed by the start of the actual classes during the time period from July 19 to August 13 (four weeks), and they are The four weeks specified for the student are self-taught time that the student performs through electronic learning platforms, and smart summer classes include a set of learning resources, in addition to evaluation procedures that help the student to improve his performance level, and there is no specific time to study to study during smart summer classes, but rather it depends The student’s sense of responsibility towards his learning, and the final evaluation is the last stop in the smart summer classes for the categories (2 and 3), and the student gets an electronic result, during the period from 23 to 27 August next.


In the guide, the Ministry identified the targeted subjects in smart summer classes, which are Arabic for the first class (students of grades 1, 2 and 3), and six subjects for the second class that include students from grades four to twelve to achieve the degree of passing in any academic subject of group A ), And the subjects include Arabic language, English language, mathematics, science, physics, biology / chemistry. As for the subjects of the third category that target students from grades four to twelve who wish to improve the average degree of the subject with an increase of 10%, it is the Arabic language, and the English language, And mathematics.


The guide included tables for the final evaluation of the smart summer classes, where students of the second and third classes will start, which will start on the 16th of next August and end on the 24th of the same month, for a period of five days, indicating that the students will hold an electronic test in the first two periods, the main period and the second for those who have not been able to Entering the first test for any reason whatsoever, and the student submits the test in the subjects specified for him only, whether he did not pass it successfully at the end of the academic year, or is registered to raise the rate.


The guide pointed out that the exam time for each subject is 60 minutes, and each question is restricted by a time that appears alongside the question through a timer, and the student must make sure that the question is answered before moving to the next question, and before the end of the answer period, and when moving, he cannot return again to The previous question.

On the other hand, the Ministry of Education stated that the announcement of the results of the end of the current school year, next Tuesday (the seventh of the current month), after the end of the compensatory exams for the twelfth grade students, and the correction and monitoring of grades, indicating that it will provide students with their results via text messages on their phones Animated, and through the "Manhal" student grading system.

The twelfth grade students will complete the compensatory exams tomorrow (Saturday) with mathematics for all tracks, in addition to Islamic education for the general and advanced tracks.
