Performing arts Öst AB appealed the decision to the Administrative Court, which now announces that the Swedish Work Environment Authority made a wrong assessment.
Quote from the judgment: "The Administrative Court considers that the investigation into the case shows that, in relation to the business conducted by the company, the company has taken sufficient measures to ensure satisfactory safety against ill health and accidents".
The Administrative Court is of the opinion that the Swedish Work Environment Authority had no reason to prohibit the robot in the performance and thereby cancels the decision.
