“A criminal case has been opened on the fact of causing a four-year-old girl grievous bodily harm due to negligence (part 1 of article 118 of the Criminal Code of Russia),” the press service of the regional headquarters of the Investigative Committee said.
According to preliminary data, there were three children on the balcony in the entrance, one of them dropped a bag of garbage that was standing there on the floor.
The injured girl was operated on, she is currently in intensive care.
