“Rospotrebnadzor has developed guidelines for organizing congress and exhibition activities in Russia,” RIA Novosti reports.
It is noted that before opening on the site it is necessary to carry out wet cleaning and check the ventilation.
Every day before admission to the site, according to the recommendations, all employees should measure the temperature.
“Contacts between working groups of employees at the site should be limited. During installation, the event and dismantling, all specialists must, if possible, keep a distance. Exposition building should provide a passage with a width of at least 3 m, ”the message says.
Rospotrebnadzor recommends organizing places on the sites for treating hands with antiseptics. All employees on the site should be wearing masks and gloves, the department added.
It is also recommended to register visitors online, use non-contact equipment and electronic counting systems, and between the sessions of the event should be set intervals for ventilation and disinfection of at least 15 minutes.
