In an advertisement on the Employment Office's place bank, it appears that Skaraborg's regiment is looking for a head of the garrison unit.

Three points are included under the heading "Qualifications". Actually, they would probably have been four.

For under the next heading, "Merit", stands, among other things, "Experience from personnel management position and documented good leadership qualities" - followed by a parenthesis intended solely for internal use:

"Here, NN lacks the clear experience why I think it should be moved to merit."

It is not clear who either "NN" or "I" is, but presumably NN was intended for the service, and the ad adapted for him to receive it.

Now the ad is spreading fast on social media and it is laughing well. But not at Skaraborg's regiment, where there were some rebellions today.

- It is unfortunate and embarrassing, what has happened. We are completely open to the fact that things have gone wrong here. It has also meant that we have stopped all recruitment. If you make a mistake, you have to stand for it, states the Regiment's HR Manager Marcus Rönnqvist.

Now one should go to the bottom with how it could be like this and ensure that something similar cannot be repeated. He would rather not say much more.

- We have just decided that all communication around this should be referred to the headquarters' communications department, he says.

But NN then? What does NN say?

- I haven't talked to the individual in question, says Marcus Rönnqvist.
