According to Kosachev, the vote was clean, transparent and legally verified.
“We can only congratulate all of us that this procedure is close to completion. There is no way to question the results of the will of the citizens of Russia, ”he concluded.
Earlier, the CEC presented the results of the vote on amendments to the Constitution after calculating 100% of the protocols.
77.92% voted for the adoption of the amendments, against 21.27%.
