President Moon Jae-in has received an emergency report from the Minister of Land, Infrastructure and Transport on the real estate measures since 4 o'clock. Blue House announced that President Moon Jae-in has been receiving urgent reports regarding real estate measures from the Minister of Land, Infrastructure and Transport, Kim Hyun-mi from 4 pm today.

Kang Min-suk, a spokesman for the Blue House, said, "After receiving the report, there seems to be an order from President Moon."

Spokesman Kang also said, "Before reporting, President Moon ordered the amendment to the final tax law as the top priority of the government's 21st National Assembly."

"The amendment to the final tax law contains the government's real estate measures, such as measures to strengthen the final tax, announced on December 16 of last year.

He emphasized, "These President Moon's instructions are to demonstrate the government's strong commitment to real estate."

In addition, Cheong Wa Dae said the secretary-general of the office, Roh Young-min, once again advised multi-homeowners to dispose of the rest of the houses other than one house in the middle of the month.
