“Several news about the course of public monitoring of the all-Russian voting have been replaced by the text of a fake message,” the message said.
As noted, technical services are in the process of restoring the site.
“The IP address from which the hacker attack was made to the OP’s website is registered in Ukraine,” the chamber added.
This is the second cyber attack on a resource in the last 24 hours.
