The Central Electoral Board has ordered to unblock the electoral propaganda of Vox for the elections in the Basque Country and Galicia after studying and knocking down the complaint from the Post Office, which had paralyzed its postal delivery because it considered that the messages printed on the envelopes could violate the " Fundamental rights".

However, given the matter this Wednesday by the Central Electoral Board, it has concluded that Vox does not violate any right and, therefore, propaganda must be distributed to guarantee their political rights and equal access to the electoral competition of the 12th of July.

The complaint that Correos submitted to the Electoral Board was not properly substantiated since it did not even specify what rights were being violated by Vox.

Nor does the Central Electoral Board appreciate that such messages incur in such an infringement, so, finally, it concludes that "it is not appropriate to paralyze the postal distribution of electoral propaganda." So he "urges" the State Post and Telegraph Society "to immediately resume such distribution."

Both in Galicia and in the Basque Country, Vox had designed seven envelope models. They all follow the same pattern. They display a press headline on the front while Vox replicas on the back with an electoral slogan. Thus, for example, issues such as immigration, gender violence, separatist parties or rapes emerge.

The most controversial of all is one that occurs in the Basque Country. In it you can read: "Urkullu considers the arrival of immigrants 'necessary' to face the demographic challenge." To which Vox responds: "Before the migratory invasion there is an alternative."

In another of the envelopes, the party includes another headline: "The Basque Country provides gender ideology to future teachers." And Vox replies: "In the face of indoctrination in schools there is an alternative." The third envelope model says: "Rapes increased by 37% in the Basque Country, with an increase in crime of 7.8%". Headline that is answered with "in the face of citizen insecurity there is an alternative."

In the case of Galicia, the envelope model follows the same philosophy although it is slightly different. There is not a single headline of the press, but in each package four or five are presented. The most controversial is the one focused on the BNG independence activists, in which messages such as "The BNG separatists invited a terrorist group to their rally in Santiago" or "BNG radicals burn a doll of the King in Santiago de Compostela" . To this and more Vox replies with this message: "Before the separatist progresses there is a Spain that wants to regain its future."

Another envelope refers to the language policy of the Xunta de Galicia regarding Galician. "Feijóo transfers the linguistic policy to a defender of the imposition of Galician" or "Feijóo demands Galician as a mandatory requirement to be a teacher". Vox describes all this as a "linguistic imposition".
