Six officials from the Seine-Saint-Denis security and intervention company (CSI 93) have been in police custody since Monday in the IGPN premises for a case that dates back to the summer of 2019. Other officials of this company are already the subject of complaints and preliminary inquiries.

Six officials from the Seine-Saint-Denis security and intervention company (CSI 93) have been in police custody at the IGPN premises since Monday. The facts of which they are accused date back to last summer. The prefect of police is planning a reorganization of the security and intervention company at 93.

These police officers are suspected of having carried out false procedures to neutralize two suspected dealers in Saint-Ouen. Last August, the agents allegedly placed cannabis in their belongings so that they could then arrest them. Without retaining their blows since the two alleged victims report respectively one and ten days of ITT.

Other ITUC 93 police officers subject to complaints

One of the complainants had filmed the scene before having his cell phone destroyed. These are the CCTV images that allow you to accredit its version. The police have been in police custody since Monday for arbitrary arrest, forgery in public documents, intentional violence in a meeting by a person holding public authority, transport and possession of cannabis as well as destruction of mobile phone.

It is not the only investigation against police officers from the ITUC 93. Other officials from the same company are the subject of complaints and preliminary inquiries. A police officer from this service must also appear before the Bobigny criminal court for forgery of public writing and willful violence next November.
