“By the forces and means of the Northern Fleet, a set of measures is being taken to monitor the actions of the ships and aircraft of the Allied Naval Forces ( RTN ) participating in the exercises in the North Atlantic Ocean and the Norwegian Sea,” RIA Novosti reports.
The exercises involve ships and aircraft of the USA, Canada, Great Britain, Germany, Denmark, Norway and France.
The NATO Dynamic Mongoose 2020 exercises will be held from July 1 to 9.
At the beginning of June, the Russian Baltic Fleet observed the NATO exercises Baltops-2020 in the southern and central parts of the Baltic Sea.
