01 July 2020 Applications for regularization applications increase day by day. The data are from the Report on the employment relationship emergence procedure started on June 1. Every day, according to the Viminale website, from June 1, over 2,650 applications for regularization of employment relationships were submitted by employers to the portal of the Ministry of the Interior as part of the emergence procedure envisaged for the sectors of the agriculture, domestic work and personal assistance.

On June 30 there were 80,366
At 8 pm on Tuesday 30 June, more than 4 weeks after the opening of the procedure, the applications arrived are, in total, 80,366: of which 69,721 already concluded and 10,645 in the course of processing. The regularization procedures will last until August 15th.

The most requested jobs The most requested
jobs, domestic and personal assistance, represent 88% of the applications already closed (61,411) and 76% of those in progress (8,116).

Where they come from and what they do
In the distribution of applications by country of origin of the worker, Morocco, Ukraine and Bangladesh rank first for domestic work and personal assistance; Albania, Morocco and India for agriculture and livestock. Lombardy is first for requests submitted for domestic work and for personal assistance and Campania for agriculture

. Employers
Out of 61,411 employers who have completed the application for regularization for the domestic sector, 45,730 are Italian (75 % of the total). For the agricultural sector, 7,351 out of 8,310 employers are Italian (90%). 

Premise of stay
Also from June, 3,231 requests for temporary residence permits were submitted to post offices by foreign citizens to renew documents expired on 31 October 2019.
