While the Chinese government passed the Hong Kong National Security Law, Chinese troops stationed in Hong Kong conducted training to arrest fugitives who attempted to escape Hong Kong by boat.

Chinese media, including the circular bulletin, released a video that said the Chinese army, navy, and air force stationed in Hong Kong jointly trained to escape.

The released training video is about 1 minute and 50 seconds, and a Chinese soldier in a helicopter and warship embarks on a suspicious vessel, aiming and subduing a gun to a fugitive on the ship.

The training video also includes a scene where a fugitive abandons a ship and flees to an island, where a crew member comes down to the ground with a rope from a helicopter, shoots a gun and chases it, then defeats the fugitive after a fight.

It is analyzed that the release of the training video by the Chinese military means a warning that a person who has been targeted for violating the Hong Kong Security Act and attempts to escape from Hong Kong may enter the army and be arrested. The enemy was supposed to be defended, and it was said to protect the two systems of one country, the'one-national system' and to keep Hong Kong stable.

Earlier, on the 28th of last month, China unveiled a shot of the Chinese military's live ammunition training in Hong Kong through the Liberation Army Report, the agency of the People's Liberation Army.
