China News Service, June 30, according to the website of the Ministry of Natural Resources, recently, the General Office of the Ministry of Natural Resources recently issued the "Measures for Listing and Supervising and Publicly Reporting Cases of Violation of Laws and Regulations by the Ministry of Natural Resources." The measures mentioned that cases of serious violations of laws and regulations such as surveying and mapping geographic information management laws and regulations can be listed and supervised.
The cases of illegal and illegal cases mentioned in the measures that can be supervised by listing are as follows:
Violation of the national land spatial planning and use control, illegal violation of the ecological protection red line, permanent basic farmland, and urban development boundary three control lines, causing serious consequences;
Illegal occupation of cultivated land, especially where the permanent basic farmland is large in size and causes serious damage to planting conditions;
Illegal approval of land acquisition, construction, exploration and exploitation of mineral resources, which has serious consequences;
Serious violations of national land supply policies, land market policies, and serious violations of the development and utilization of land;
Exploiting mining resources in violation of laws and regulations, or the circumstances are serious or cause serious damage to the ecological environment;
Serious violation of laws and regulations on surveying and mapping geographic information management;
Concealing or not reporting, suppressing the case, investigating the case for a long time, repeating the investigation and committing the crime repeatedly, causing bad social impact;
Other situations that require listing supervision.
The method is clear, the relevant departments of the Ministry of Natural Resources should follow up and supervise the investigation and verification of the listed supervision cases, the execution of punishment or handling decisions, and the implementation of rectification, and can dispatch personnel to supervise on-site when necessary. The National Natural Resources Inspectorate shall supervise the handling of listed cases in conjunction with the tasks of inspectors. If the provincial natural resources authority refutes the case of the Ministry of Natural Resources to supervise and handle cases that are not effective or fraudulent, the Ministry of Natural Resources will transfer clues to the disciplinary inspection and supervision authorities in accordance with laws and regulations.
