Four Rennais were indicted by a magistrate of Le Mans Friday for having kidnapped and kidnapped a man on the night of June 22 to 23, reveals Ouest-France. That evening, a man had been taken hostage for a story of debt linked to a drug trafficking. This Le Mans resident was kidnapped and his car stolen.

His disappearance was quickly reported to the police, who took care to alert the gendarmes. The latter had found the hostage's vehicle and arrested its two occupants. Their two accomplices were arrested near Rennes a few hours later. The hostage had been released.

According to Ouest-France , the abduction is linked to the recovery of a debt of 15,000 euros contracted in connection with cannabis trafficking. The four Rennes aged 20 to 40 were indicted for kidnapping and forcible confinement.
