Correos has blocked the sending of Vox electoral propaganda in the Basque Country and Galicia campaign, claiming that the envelope has printed messages that violate "fundamental rights". In one of these packages the arrival of immigrants is described as "migratory invasion".

The decision as to whether to resume shipping or remain suspended is now up to the Central Electoral Board , to which Correos denounced the case on its own initiative. Santigo Abascal's party presented allegations yesterday, Monday, stating that the stoppage is an "absolutely disproportionate" measure that violates their political rights and demanded that the "massive shipment" of all their envelopes be ordered.

Abascal has accused Correos of having committed a "kidnapping" and has blamed its president, Juan Manuel Serrano , who was Pedro Sánchez's chief of staff before his arrival in La Moncloa. "We will act against electoral criminals," he said, noting that he "relapsed" in the "attack on political rights" of his formation in 2015 and that the Supreme Court finally ruled in his favor.

According to Vox, Correos has invoked an article of its Regulation to refuse to proceed with the distribution of its electoral propaganda because its article 16 prohibits postal deliveries whose envelope contains texts or drawings that violate fundamental rights

In both Galicia and the Basque Country, the envelopes display a press headline on the front, while Vox replicates it on the back with an electoral slogan. Thus, for example, issues such as immigration, gender violence, separatist parties or rapes emerge.

In the case of the Basque Country, one of the envelopes reads: "Urkullu considers the arrival of immigrants 'necessary' to face the demographic challenge." To which Vox responds: "Before the migratory invasion there is an alternative." In another envelope there is another headline: "The Basque Country provides gender ideology to future teachers." And Vox replies: "In the face of indoctrination in schools there is an alternative." The third envelope model says: "Rapes increased by 37% in the Basque Country, with an increase in crime of 7.8%". Headline that responds with "in the face of citizen insecurity there is an alternative.

In the case of Galicia, the envelope model follows the same philosophy, although it is slightly different. There is not a single headline of the press, but in each package four or five are presented. The most controversial is the focused Galician nationalism in which messages such as "The BNG separatists invited a terrorist group to their rally in Santiago" or "BNG Radicals burn a doll of the King in Santiago de Compostela" are read. To this and more Vox replies: "Before the separatist progresses there is a Spain that wants to recover its future."

Another of the envelopes alludes to the language policy regarding Galician. "Feijóo transfers the linguistic policy to a defender of the imposition of Galician" or "Feijóo demands Galician as a mandatory requirement to be a teacher". Vox describes all this as "linguistic imposition".

In its allegations before the Central Electoral Board, Vox defends that these envelopes "cannot suppose any injury of fundamental right, since all of them have been extracted from publications that offered the data based on trustworthy sources, without being reported that any person has brought any action against the media that published them. "

In this sense, Vox warns that not delivering the envelopes violates the fundamental and political rights of their training in equal access to public functions and positions with the requirements established by law and the Constitution.
