U.S. Supreme Court ruled that the Louisiana law that restricted abortion rights was against the Constitution.

This is a violation of Article 14 of the amended Constitution, which prohibits infringement of privacy by allowing a specific doctor to perform abortion treatment without having more than two abortion treatment facilities within a radius of 48 km.

The ruling was barely a majority.

Of the nine Supreme Court Justices, the Conservative and Progressive Justices were moved to 4 to 4, and the conservative Chief Justice Roberts raised his hand to Progress.

The US Supreme Court recognized abortion as a constitutional right in a lawsuit filed by a pregnant woman in 1973 for sexual assault, but since then the conservative and progressive camps have been fiercely controversial.
