Homemade ice cream is wonderful.
It’s even more wonderful when you don’t even need an ice cream machine to make ice cream!
This holiday-filled almond ice cream is made from four ingredients: condensed coconut milk, soy whiskey, oat whiskey and almond-flavored soy yoghurt. Or three, as you can use two cans of soy or oat whiskers if you wish.
The condensed coconut milk is first cooled in a refrigerator, after which the whisks and condensed coconut milk are whipped to a soft foam. Finally, yogurt is mixed into the set.
Then the ice cream is ready to be frozen. Best of all, the ice cream doesn’t need to be mixed during freezing.
