　　The meeting heard a report on the revision of the draft amendments to the Patent Law made by Jiang Bixin, vice chairman of the Constitution and Law Commission. The second draft of the draft increased the provision of patent protection for partial design of products, and improved the provisions on property rights incentives, patent open license, patent protection and patent dispute resolution mechanism.

　　The meeting heard a report on the revision of the revised draft of the Minor Protection Law by Zhou Guangquan, deputy chairman of the Constitution and Law Commission. The second draft of the draft clarifies how to deal with the expiration of the temporary control implementation period, integrates export licenses for related controlled items, strengthens end-user and end-use management of controlled items, and further clarifies customs-related duties and authorities.

The draft amends and supplements 30 articles of the Criminal Law, increases the prevention and punishment of work safety crimes, makes clear provisions for high-altitude parabolisms in society, crimes that impede the safe driving of public transportation, improves the punishment of food and drug crimes, and improves the crime of disrupting the financial order.
