In France, the Assembly considers a third budget rectified since the health crisis

In France, deputies discuss from Monday, June 29 the third budget since the outbreak of the health crisis. A "rectified" budget which must give pride of place to the sectors which are suffering the most from the consequences of the epidemic with in debate environmental and social "counterparts" on the part of companies.

The question should largely feed the debates this week in the Assembly. Because this bill of amending finance, third of the name, must ratify emergency support plans of 18 billion euros for tourism, 8 billion for the automobile and 15 billion for the aeronautics.

The executive insisted that the rescue of Air France will be in exchange for the removal of domestic airlines for which there is a quick alternative by train.

The building sector could benefit from the maintenance of a tax advantage on diesel, which will undoubtedly be a matter of debate the same day that Emmanuel Macron must collect the conclusions of the Citizen's Climate Convention .

In addition, companies could see the so-called “Macron” bonus introduced after the start of the “yellow vests” movement as well as measures to support their cash flow extended.

Particular support will also concern small businesses heavily affected by the crisis.

As for the age-old debate on the reinstatement of the solidarity tax on wealth, it should return to the table. Much to the chagrin of the executive who ensures that no tax hike is planned, despite the gloomy outlook: a deficit at 11.4% of GDP and a public debt that soars to 120.9% of GDP .
