A few days ago Andrea Bocelli improvised a concert in the famous Times Square in New York. A decision made on both feet after listening, by some homeless people, to the story of their harsh living conditions in the Big Apple. The tenor thus performed in a mini live with the only aid of an acoustic guitar, raising $ 500 in a few minutes, which he then donated to a member of the homeless community, together with a personal donation.

Bocelli, which is celebrating the permanence in the top 10 of his new album "Cinema" just two months after its release, has always distinguished itself also for the philanthropic works he performs for people in need, especially through the Foundation which bears his name.
