She noted that the arguments related to the possibility of employing children over 16 years old cannot be arranged by the Ombudsman.
According to her, the proposal is supported by the Federation Council and the State Duma, some heads of regions determined payments at the local level.
Earlier, during an appeal to the Russians, President Vladimir Putin said that in July an additional 10 thousand rubles would be paid again for each child from birth to 16 years.
