On June 26, the Meshchansky court announced the announcement of the verdict in the case of the Seventh Studio.

The prosecutor asked to sentence Kirill Serebrennikov to six years in prison and a fine of 800 thousand rubles. The state prosecutor asked producer Alexey Malobrodsky to assign five years in prison and a fine of 300 thousand rubles, to the former general director of Seventh Studio Yuri Itin and ex-official of the Ministry of Culture Sofya Apfelbaum - four years in prison and 200 thousand rubles in fine.
