The cause of the problems is a disturbance on the raw water pipeline, which happened during the night between Thursday and Friday, writes the municipality on its website.
The irrigation ban applies from eleven o'clock on Friday until 20:00 on Sunday.
The municipality also invites the residents of central Sävsjö to also be economical with the water during the weekend in order to avoid lack of drinking water.
