• 'Piece Dina'. We could know in 2016 that the 'Dina case' was not a police set-up against Pablo Iglesias
  • The lawyer. "The prosecutor 'Ironman' tells me unofficially that the judge admits the secret proceedings"
  • Justice: the judge investigates in the United Kingdom the destruction of the card that Iglesias returned unusable to his former adviser

Police conclude that Pablo Iglesias' former personal adviser was not spied on from their databases. The Internal Affairs Unit has verified that Dina Bousselham and her husband's personal data were not searched from the off-line computer systems discovered during the investigations of the Tandem case at the General Information Police Station.

EL MUNDO has had access to the documentation of piece 23 of the case, which has remained secret until a few weeks ago. In it, the Judicial Police Unit has informed the examining judge of the National Court, Manuel García Castellón , who carried out a search for all those affected by the investigations of Commissioner José Manuel Villarejo in the computer system of the Central Support Unit Operational ( UCAO ).

Of the total list of those affected, including Dina and her husband, when her mobile phone card appeared at the police station, only a dozen queries were found. Among them, all the identities consulted affect pieces 2, 13 and 14.

In the definitive list, there is no query regarding Dina Bousselham, her husband or anyone else related to the training led by the Vice President of the Government, Pablo Iglesias.

The result of the police investigations in relation to the former Iglesias personal adviser has been negative. Therefore, it has been verified that the plot linked to Villarejo did not request information from Podemos through the police databases.

In this sense, the investigation certifies that the former head of the UCAO, Enrique García Castaño , did not carry out any request for information in this regard. Neither did his subordinates in the police unit or any other person from the Cenyt Group linked to Villarejo, who already had a key contact in this unit to carry out this type of information gathering: Constancio Riaño , accused in the case.
