The police are expanding the search area for the missing woman

The search for the woman who disappeared in the Julita area has been great. Police have received help from Missing People, SAR (Search and rescue) and the Home Guard, but the woman is still missing. Now the police suspect that the woman may have left Sörmland.

- We have not found her in the search area, but it is still so that we see this as a mere disappearance. There is nothing to indicate that she has been exposed to a crime, says Åsa Willsund.

The woman has her permanent home in Stockholm and has previously lived in Gothenburg. She saw her last Monday at her summer place at Strömkäll in Julita.

"It is the rescue leader who decides if we will put off this rescue effort, but now we put all the gun on this and we hope and believe that we can find her alive," says Willsund.
