Real Madrid captain Sergio Ramos scored a goal in his team's victory yesterday against Mallorca with two goals without reply, to secure the three points of his team, which has regained the lead in the League table.

The importance of this goal lies not only in securing victory, but also in that it is the first goal that the Royal scored from a free kick in 528 days.

After the Portuguese star Cristiano Ronaldo left the Spanish capital team, no one could translate the free kicks into goals despite the presence of specialists in these balls such as Gareth Bale, Luka Modric and Tony Crosse.

Ramos scored the kick from a foul on the edge of the penalty area, achieving his 118th goal in his career, including 69 goals in the Spanish championship.

It is reported that Danny Sibayos was the last player to score a direct free kick against Real Betis in January 2019.

This goal has to be THE BEST from Ramos.

Just a few days ago, he overtakes Koeman as the highest-scoring defender in La Liga history.
