“In the near future, an agreement will be signed between Poland and the United States, which will make it possible to design associated with a large project to use nuclear energy to produce electric energy in our country,” said Duda.
He added that the companies that will participate in the project have already been selected.
“We are working on an agreement that will facilitate the creation of nuclear power plants in Poland,” Trump said.
According to him, under the new agreement, Poland will be able to purchase technology from American companies for civil nuclear energy.
Earlier, the US administration announced its intention to conclude a bilateral agreement with Poland on cooperation in the field of nuclear energy, including the construction of a large nuclear power plant.
