A cascade of violence, an uncontrollable individual and a suspended prison sentence. A 25-year-old Villeurbanne, already sentenced 17 times, received a suspended sentence of six months in prison on Tuesday. He had been arrested the previous morning near the Saint-Joseph Saint-Luc hospital in Lyon (Rhône) in which he was unleashed.

The suspect had arrived alcoholic on the scene and had started to disturb the activity of the establishment by screaming, then urinating on the medical equipment. The security guard, called in to reinforce him, almost took a kick, says the Lyon police. Far from calming down, the young man outraged a nursing aide before threatening the nursing staff by announcing that he would return with grenades.

Left free

However, he did not have time to carry out his threats since he was arrested in the meantime by a police crew on whom he spat.

Placed on guard, the man said he did not remember anything except spitting on the police. At the end of his judgment, he was left free.
