The summer care clinic works extra hard this summer to bridge the care between the different care providers.

- It is important that the elderly and the sick who are discharged from hospital are not forgotten and will be sitting in a warm apartment waiting for contact from another healthcare provider. Communication between different healthcare providers must be good.

In the summer, they work extra hard to bridge the care between the hospital's clinics, primary care and home care.

They have hired extra temporary workers this summer just for that.

- It is different from person to person how the heat affects. Many who are otherwise a little frozen, find it nice. So it is important to make sure of the old frequent, frequent visits and that there is a medical care plan for each individual so that you know what to give for medical measures in the heat.
