A magnitude 7.4 earthquake occurred yesterday (23 days) at 10:29 am local time in the southern Pacific coast of Mexico.

The epicenter is located 38.3 km southwest of Crucesita, Oaxaca.

Vibrations were also detected in nearby Guatemala, and aftershocks continued over 300 times.

The US Pacific Tsunami Alert Center also issued a tsunami warning across the Pacific coast of Mexico and the beaches of Latin America.

At least two people have been found to have been killed in the earthquake, and one of our residents in Mexico City, the capital city, also suffered a fracture in the evacuation process.
