Pushkov appreciated the statement of Ukraine on Russia's debts for the fleet in Crimea

As he noted on his Twitter page, Ukraine behaves like a "parasitic state."

Earlier, Bondar, in an interview with Ukrinform, said that Moscow owed Kiev hundreds of millions of dollars for the deployment of the Black Sea Fleet in Crimea.
