North Korea's loudspeakers in South Korea are stacked with several speakers. However, this is old and the output is weak, so it can deliver as far as 3km away when it is quiet at night. On the other hand, the loudspeakers possessed by our military can be heard even at a distance of 10 km during the day and 24 km at night. Because of this difference in performance, when the North and the North actually operate a loudspeaker, so-called psychological warfare, in fact, North Korea is much more painful than us.

So North Korea has reacted sensitively to broadcasting to North Korea, but reporter Kim Soo-young will point out why North Korea's intentions and the military's intentions are why to install the loudspeaker again.

Due to the large difference in performance between the inter-Korean loudspeakers, if we operate facing each other, our North Korean broadcast will have to be delivered farther and better than the North Korean broadcast.

Because of this, North Korea had turned their loudspeakers north rather than south in 2016, when loudspeaker conflicts grew.

It was intended to prevent North Korean troops or residents from listening to the South Korean broadcast properly by mixing sound with our broadcast.

In fact, when SBS conducted a similar experiment four years ago, the effect was proven.

In addition, even if North Korean broadcasts are heard, the impact on our military or border residents is only noise level.

[Yu Byung-don/Incheon Ganghwa-gun: We don't know the sound of their broadcasts over there. .]

Therefore, North Korea's re-installation of loudspeakers from South Korea was aimed at neutralizing the South-North agreement rather than the so-called psychological warfare.

[Kim Dong-yeop/Professor, Institute for Far Eastern Studies, Kyungnam University: Rather than a psychological warfare, North Korea's intention to frame the relationship between the two Koreas through the destruction of the whole April 27th… .]

We are considering re-installing the loudspeaker in the archipelago.

[Choi Hyun-Soo/Ministry of Defense: I told you that we are maintaining a solid military preparedness, and I think that it contains a lot of words.]

But if we install the loudspeaker again, we will break the agreement between the two Koreas. The government's worries are deepening because they can only give North Korea a military provocation.
