The newly revised "Xi'an Qinling Ecological Environmental Protection Regulations" has a view on the Xi'an Qinling ecological environment in terms of management system, ecological environmental protection planning, natural resource protection, human resources protection, ecological environmental protection of development and construction activities, safeguard measures, legal responsibilities, etc. The protection work has been standardized, with a total of nine chapters and ninety-nine articles, providing a strong legal basis for fighting the Qinling Ecological Environmental Protection.
