After three months without having set foot in the business, the recovery may seem difficult: re-immersion among colleagues, a leader who gives deadlines and objectives, the fear that he will no longer be entirely in the know. This is a crucial moment, says Laurène de Calbiac, consultant at Willis Towers Watson, who advises companies on their management practices. 

"Companies will have to reassure employees"
