June 22, 2020 The Parma prosecutor has opened an investigation file to clarify the death of a 63-year-old man originally from Salerno but residing in Fidenza where he was stopped last night by a patrol of the traffic police, because driving without belts, penalty so he had already been arrested on other occasions in the past two years.

The agents thus made him a report with the withdrawal of his license for the purpose of suspension. At this point, this reconstruction of the police, the 63-year-old got mad, got out of the vehicle trying to attack one of the agents. While the policemen tried to immobilize him, the man collapsed on the ground, probably due to an illness. The agents called 118 also attempting to revive him but to no avail. The health personnel, who intervened on the spot, could not help but ascertain the death.

The 63-year-old was already known to law enforcement agencies for several precedents, in particular scam and receiving stolen goods. The investigations were entrusted to the mobile team of the Parma police headquarters.
