“When it comes to voting for the amendments, if we take all of them from the first to the last, they are all aimed at making the country stronger, improving the welfare of citizens, protecting the rights of citizens, this is a different level of development of the country,” said the speaker of the lower house Russian parliament.

He noted that he did not understand those who urged not to go to the all-Russian vote on amendments to the Constitution. Volodin believes that such calls - "it is against the people to go."

The Chairman of the State Duma emphasized that each amendment solves the problems of people and the country. Including the amendments offer quality affordable medical care and social support.

Also, if amendments are adopted, the State Duma will approve the prime minister, his deputies and ministers of the non-power bloc.

“The President, initiating this rule, in fact gives his authority to our citizens. Citizens will decide through their representatives - deputies of the State Duma, what should be the minister, deputy prime minister, prime minister, ”said Volodin.

The all-Russian vote on constitutional amendments is scheduled for July 1. The co-chair of the working group Pavel Krasheninnikov said that this day will be declared a day off.
