The memoirs of the former White House National Security Advisor for Bolton, which contains the story behind the Trump administration, are becoming a hot topic. Former White House National Security Adviser Bolton wrote in a memoir that President Trump has repeatedly mentioned the withdrawal of US troops from the issue.

In August of last year, Trump's President Trump pointed out that the US-ROK joint training in South Korea was a "big mistake" during the White House meeting, and he ordered "If you can't get a $5 billion agreement, come out of Korea."

He also wrote that he said, "I'm losing 38 billion dollars in trade in Korea. Let's get out of there."

There was also an order to receive more defense spending from Japan and South Korea as a weapon, and former aide adviser Bolton recalled that he was actually afraid of the US withdrawal.

In particular, the memoirs that President Trump said after receiving a report on North Korea's missile launch, "It is a good time to ask for money," and said, "We will be able to get $5 billion because of the missile."

It was that North Korea's provocation caused the tension between the two Koreas to be leveraged to leverage the defense negotiations.

Bolton explained that the method of calculating contributions to US military bases was determined by the Pentagon's creative accounting skills, regardless of actual costs.
