At the same time, the heat can hit hard at risk groups, especially the elderly. SMHI has issued a so-called "High Temperature Announcement" as it is expected to be a daily temperature of at least 26 degrees three days in a row
- It can be problematic for those who are heat sensitive, it is important to remember to take it gently in the sun and drink plenty of water, says Per Stenborg.
