According to the press service of the office of the Prosecutor General of Ukraine, the conflict occurred between two men in a cafe in the city of Irshansk.
“Men left the cafe, where the attacker stabbed the victim. In the future, the citizen wounded another eight people with a knife who tried to calm him, ”the message said.
The attacker fled the scene of the incident in a car. The injured were hospitalized, one of them subsequently died from his injuries.
The suspect is being sought. Open criminal proceedings.
