Filmed in a staircase, the 45-second scene would take place in Dinan, in the Côtes d'Armor, according to comments from certain accounts that relayed the video on Facebook. Since then, a real manhunt has been organized online to find the violent man.
In the images, the victim is violently beaten but also insulted and threatened with death by a man whom he visibly knows and who seems to blame him for things. The young woman implores her to stop and calls her by her nickname. A third person films the scene.
An open investigation to identify victim and perpetrator
Released on Friday, the video generated a torrent of hatred against the perpetrator. Many comments invited to share the publication in order to identify the author. The Saint-Malo prosecution has opened an investigation for "dissemination of images of violence", specifies Le Télégramme .
