Today, the Moroccan authorities decided to resume domestic flights starting next Thursday, as part of measures to reduce the declared state of health emergency to counter the virus.

The Rabat authorities said earlier today that they will reduce further public isolation measures imposed on the services sector as of June 24, adding that they will allow the resumption of travel between cities, including flights and railways.

As of 9042, Morocco had recorded the virus, including 213 deaths, and 7999 recovered.

In the Emirates, the government of the Emirate of Dubai said today that it will allow Emiratis and foreign residents to travel abroad starting on Tuesday, and that it will start receiving tourists and general visitors starting from July 7, and will allow residents of owners of residence permits issued from the emirate to return starting from Monday.

The emirate depends on its tourism and trade sectors.

The return of tourists and visitors to Dubai will be conditional upon submitting certificates proving that they have recently undergone the detection of Corona virus, that they are free of the virus or undergo checks upon their arrival at Dubai airports.

The UAE recorded approximately 46,000 pandemic cases, including 302 deaths, and 32,415 cases recovered.

Extension in Iraq
In return, Iraq today extended the suspension of domestic and foreign flights until July 1, in an effort to obtain a longer period to contain the disease, which has no treatment or vaccine until now.
